 FREE PHONES REPLACEMENT POLICY

The first 30 days following activationCustomer must contact Customer Service to notify Life Wireless of the stolen, lost damaged, defective, or lost phone accessory, SIM, or phone. If it's during the first thirty days the replacement SIM or accessory will be delivered at no cost. 

If the customer receives an unreliable phone then the customer is required to bring the handset back in its original condition to Life Wireless at the customer's cost. 

Should Life Wireless determines the phone is not in good working order, Life Wireless will ship an alternative handset * and a FREE two-week Unlimited minutes PIN. In the event that the device is broken, damaged or stolen the user has to pay $40.00 prior to the time Life Wireless is able to send new phones.

31 days and longer after activation
Customers must contact Customer Service to notify Life Wireless of the stolen, lost damaged, defective or lost handset accessory, or SIM. In the event that the SIM card charger, battery, or charger is damaged or stolen the customer is required to make payment of $5.00 per item that requires replacement. When the handset is broken, stolen or stolen consumer has to pay $40.00 in advance before Life Wireless is able to deliver new phones (*).

PURCHASED PHONES RETURN LICENCE

RETURN PERIOD FOR DEVICE
Consumers are allowed to exchange or return their devices and cancel services only during the period of return and only in the event that you purchased the product directly through Life Wireless online or through an Life Wireless live phone representative. The period for return is between 0 up to 14 days following the date of receiving the device to receive the full amount of refund, less the applicable charges. Life Wireless does not charge any early termination fees.

DEVICE CONDITION
The devices that are returned to Life Wireless must be in good condition and in perfect water or physical damage. They also must be returned in the original packaging of the manufacturer. The returned devices should also contain the original components, such as the charger, battery, device manual and unopened software. If there is anything missing or the the device has not been returned in like-new or pristine condition the shipment may not be accepted. We are unable to accept exchanges or returns on products that are not purchased directly from on the Life Wireless website or through an Life Wireless live phone representative.

HOW to RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR Purchase

Call Life Wireless Customer Service at 1-888-543-3620 to request the RMA number. When you've received an RMA number, you must return the device at the address of Life Wireless at the customer's cost. 
The return must be dated within the return period applicable to you (0 14 days - 14 days after the date of receipt of the device). Make sure you keep your tracking number so that you can track the progress of the return to the carrier.

Remove any confidential private, proprietary, or sensitive information from your device. In addition, you should erase all portable or removable memory card modules that are included with your device. 

Additionally, you must keep or destroy any additional portable or removable memory modules or cards (such as an SD Card) in order to protect sensitive data like bank account information on mobile devices.

Take a photocopy of the receipt or invoice to include along with your return package and save the original receipt to keep for your documents. Check your device's manual for the proper instructions. The manufacturer's original packaging. Include ALL original parts, including the charger, battery, device manual, unopened software and manual. If there is anything missing or the devices are not an like-new state your package may not be accepted. For return guidelines specific to your order, contact Customer Service and a representative will be glad to assist you 1 888-543-3620.

Depending on the reason behind the returning, shipping costs may be applicable. Refunds for returns will be processed using the payment method you originally used (credit debit, credit and so on.) and could take up to 2 months to process, based on the financial institution you use. It is possible that we will reduce the amount of your refund to account for shipping and restocking charges. Life Wireless reserves the right to refuse returns of equipment which do not conform to our Return Policy. Life Wireless is not responsible for any information that is left on the returned device or equipment.
